How can I print a credit application or ACH form?

Download the most current version of Adobe Reader. There is a link on the Forms page that will take you through the process step-by-step.

 

How do I login to Dealer Suite?

Double check your password in the Dealer Login screen, as it is case sensitive. If you have forgotten your password, please press “Forgot your password?” on the Dealer Login screen and the password can be emailed to you. You will need to know your login name and secret answer. If you still can not access the Dealer Suite, please call us directly at 1-800-438-8892.

 

I have just registered as a new dealer. How do I access Dealer Suite?

Your information is being processed and you should hear from a representative within two business days. Note that some verification has to be completed before you are set up, but it is usually completed within 24 hours. If it has been over two business days, please call us directly at 1-800-438-8892.

 

How do I print a completed contract using Dealer Suite?

Make sure the application has been approved and confirmed. Make sure you have downloaded the most current version of Adobe Reader. There is a link on the Forms page that will take you through the process step-by-step.

 

How do I see the status of an application I submitted over seven days ago?

Change your Begin date on the Application Status screen to the date you would like to search for and press Refresh. This will pull up all credit applications processed in that date range. In order to print, there must be green check mark in the process column.
